First I tried a Magic the Gathering Card maker  MTG Cardsmith which is pretty great. Unfortunately, there are proprietary elements to the design (including icons and the layout itself) which doesn’t work for a Creative Commons approach. I think the cards looked pretty great.

Then my partner found MakingPlayingCards.com which is pretty great. I made a large deck with a few extras including the tetrad map as cards. Here’s an image of my order (sent in today, Wednesday, March 22, 2018).
